When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication data provided through our authentication provider (Clerk).

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Creem, our payment processor. We do not store your credit card details. Creem may collect billing information as described in their privacy policy.

Usage Data

We collect data about your use of the Service, including API usage, token consumption, and instance activity for billing and service improvement purposes.

Conversation Data

Messages between you and your AI assistant are processed to provide the Service. Conversations may be stored temporarily for context and are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic) according to their data handling policies.

• To process payments and manage subscriptions

• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Sharing

We share data with:

• Anthropic — AI model provider (processes conversation content)
• Creem — Payment processor (handles billing)
• Clerk — Authentication provider (handles login)
• Hetzner — Infrastructure provider (hosts your instance)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
